I sought help adding an ethernet run in our attic to a location for a soffit mounted security camera. It was much more difficult than anticipated due the framing in the attic. After discussions about alternative access, Chuck was able to make the ethernet run successfully and then mounted the camera. He tenaciously attacked the problem and completed the task at hand. Highly recommended!!

I Have a Dell XPS 8920 with a build date of Oct 2017. The system contained a 1 TB mechanical hard drive read/write speeds were slower than a moving glacier. I explained to Chuck what I wanted to accomplish. Chuck added a 1 TB SSD and cloned all of my information from the old drive to the new one. I now have a very quick system with twice the storage. Chuck saved me from having to purchase a new Dell that would have easily cost me $1,400. Would use him again and refer him to a friend or family member.
