      Thank you for your feedback, Autumn. I am not sure what caused the vase to just randomly crack either. This vase was a Valentine's Day vase that we sold out of last month. We've never had a situation like this, nor do we ever intend on this happening. We are just as confused as you are. If you would like to stop into one of our locations, we would be more than happy to make this up to you.
