3/11/24 - Quick update on this review. After being with the Michael Coop Agency for over three years, I still find them to be professional, responsive and having my best interests in mind. Everything from my previous review still holds true today. I would recommend this American Family agency to anyone. --Original Review-- I highly recommend the Michael Coop agency. After have two really poor AmFam agents, I nearly ended my 30 year business relationship with them. However, out of my frustration, I reached out to another agency and I cant be happier with their service, knowledge, professionalism, friendliness. They have restored my faith in the organization. If they say theyre going to do something, they do it. They treat me like a valued customer and I appreciate that. I wish all organizations worked at this level of efficiency and professionalism. A special endorsement for Jennifer Dammeier. Shes been my primary point of contact and has been wonderful to work with. Thank you!

I needed help transferring my auto insurance to our recently leased vehicle. Kristin Molloy followed up on my telephone call to the Michael Coop agency and did an excellent job answering all my questions and offering good advice. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I give her my highest recommendation!

The team does an amazing job of making sure I am taken care of and understand everything fully! Always making sure I have the best coverage for my budget and keeping me informed on any new programs. As someone who has been with a lot of insurance agencies, this ones the best. Thanks for all you do! :)
