They did an excellent job and maintained excellent levels of communication with me through this whole process with the property cleaning and removal from my recent condo fire. They were courteous and you could tell they genuinely cared about the situation I was dealing with related to my fire and the loss of property. Our house had sustained water damage as well as needing drywall repair and broken window restoration. Zoe Facility Services handled the whole process from emergency services to total restoration with excellence and exceptional service.I would highly recommend them. Jessica, our project manager, kept close communication on every detail of the process. She responded to our questions within 24 hours and made sure progress was made. She and Dave also gave detailed estimates to our Indi company and told us what we needed to communicate to our claims adjuster. It was a difficult 2 months living away from home. But now our house is better than before. In fact, I already referred Zoe facility services to friends whose pipe burst and flooded their entire house while they were away.
