Crashed into my girlfriend's car at the intersection of Main and Meridian and they still haven't made an effort to resolve the issue. Their driver was in the left turn lane and last second decided to go straight.

Mr. Ohms,We are sorry for what happened. Our technician apologized the moment it happened and since it was late in the day, we couldn’t get insurance involved until the next business day. We have been in constant communication with you and/or your girlfriend along the way and the matter is being resolved. The timing of that is out of our hands. When something has been brought to our attention, it has been dealt with immediately. I assure you that we are not dragging are feet. Since the day of the accident we have dealt with the sense of urgency this matter requires as we do not want there to be any delay in resolution. You have had an open line of communication with us from the beginning and are welcome to continue to check in with us if you feel you are lacking information. We've been using Cragen for 4 years (since we asked a neighbor how they never had a weed).
We'd tried all the big companies but always had dandelions. It wasn't bad and to their credit, they'd spray a second time when we'd call.
With Cragen, we have never had to call because of weeds sprouting after a spray. They give us a courtesy call which is awesome since we have pets.
