Nathan did an exceptional job helping my husband and I throughout the home buying process as a first time home buyer. He is not only helpful and knowledgeable, but also very responsive and easy to communicate with. He was a great negotiator when we found our home - the first house we saw with him! Once we received word that our offer was accepted, Nathan made sure we submitted everything on time and understood everything we were signing. We have been in our house about three months and he still takes time to check in and see how things are going. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, responsive, and reliable agent.

10 out of 10 would recommend. Dawn helped my mother get a house, then a year later helped me. She made the experience easy and felt like family helping rather than it being her job.
