Kristin Sells Indy Homes

Kristin worked very hard to sell my house. Since I had moved, she had things repaired after inspection so we could set a closing date. Also, had items removed that the new owners did not need. Great relief knowing she could handle everything for me after I moved.

Kristin was such a great realtor during our home purchase. We were moving from out of state and she walked us through remotely and then got us in to see the house in person when we were in town. She was super responsive, very helpful, and extremely professional the entire time. I highly recommend Kristin for your home sale and/or purchase.

Kristin was amazing to work with from both the buying and selling aspect! She not only got us top dollar for our previous home but she was always one step ahead throughout the entire selling process. She also has a great network of contractors to help with any issue that may pop up along the way. She made purchasing a breeze (which in this market is nearly impossible!). My girlfriend and I were looking for a house for almost 6 months during this hectic year and Kristin was so patient and helpful throughout the process. She always made time to show us houses according to our unusual schedules. Kristin gave us so much advice about each house we looked at and when it came time to make an offer she knew exactly what to do to get the offer accepted.
