My favorite day of the week is Friday, when straight after work, I order a pie from this location. Not only is their POTW half price (such a lifesaver on a tight budget), but I have never had anything less than great food and great service. The food is always fresh and never once has my order been wrong or something forgotten. I order delivery and they are always on time and the nicest delivery drivers I have ever met. Shoutout to my usual delivery drivers Chase and Giovanni! Hotbox Pizza in Greenwood will always have my business as long as they continue the excellence.

10 yrs later, still never returned. I've eaten a lot of pizza elsewhere! **** Friday night, I'm craving hotbox. They close at 11p on Friday. I drive to the shop wanting to do carry out at a window, so I call omw there and again from the parking lot at 10:16pm. One bald guy is alone, talking on his Bluetooth in the shop just ignoring my many phone calls because he wanted to close up shop 44 mins early. I finally gave up at 10:33pm when he turned off the lights in the store. Jets Pizza was quick to deliver soon after, though. Hot Box in Greenwood just lost my business for good.
