If i could give 0 stars i would Roach infestation inside buildings. Mice within the walls. No parking at night. Cars constantly being broken into and they refuse to do anything about it like put up cameras. Work orders are ignored or refused if repairs are too costly. Does not rake leaves or plow snow fully so tenants can park. Tennis court has been left to rot. Apartments extremely out of date and management refuses to update them. Management is rude and unprofessional. DO NOT MOVE HERE. If i could give 0 stars i would Roach infestation inside buildings. Mice within the walls. No parking at night. More

This is the most disgusting place that I have ever lived. Aside from the apartments being outdated, the hallway carpets hardly ever being cleaned, and virtually no security measures in place where tenants are safe (anyone can walk into any of the apartment buildings, no cameras, no security guards) they genuinely do not care about the residents, as they claim they do. I actually had that fat, black, unprofessional employee named Renee in the leasing office tell me that it is my problem that another, male tenant is harassing and threatening me. Then, turn around and contact him and give him a heads up that I went to the office and inquired about damage he did to my car. They honestly do not deserve a star. I lived here before Bayshore properties bought it from the previous owner. Since Bayshore properties became new owners everything was different. Rent went up their first two years. Security was no longer available after the first year. They cut back on employees both maintenance and front desk. The worst part apart it all their first priority was to remodel the front office, not invest in Frigerators and stoves that were continuously going out or catching on fire. I moved last March and just signed a new lease for another year! There's a new manager that started in the summer I have seen a lot of positive changes! my parking lot was cleared of snow before I had to leave for work and I watched the maintenance putting salt down to make sure there's no ice. I even saw tractors out on Sunday to clear more spots of snow. Maintenance was able to fix the issues in my apartment in a week. I had a water leak but they came out the same day and fixed the leak along with the hole it caused! The new leasing agent has been very helpful and nice every time I call or come in to use the gym.
