The guy was rushing and half paying attention, when I go to pick the parts up, of course he made a mistake and forgot to order a piece. So now, its been a week that my windows are down and its rainy. So I go ahead and order the other piece, they said it will come next week or I can pay extra and get it overnighted. I choose to over night it and the manager did try to make things right and waive the overnight fee. So the next day comes, I call to see if they have it, first they cant find my order. The original guy put my name in wrong, so I use my phone number, the guy says yea yea its here. So I call my my mechanic, to let him know Im grabbing the part. As Im on my way, the guy calls back and says oh my bad, it aint here yet. I ask when will it get there, he says idk. Now Im really frustrated, I talk with the manager. Her melancholy response was, its not our fought its on fedex. Idk when its coming. Could be today or tomorrow. I stated that they shouldnt offer overnight services if they cant provide them. Her rebuttal was call corporate and let them know. I just called again today, and of course the party is not there. They said maybe Monday. So much for overnight services.
