Appreciated the way Regina came and kept me updated with how things were going and how far along the mechanic was. Also walked me to vehicle when I remembered I needed my medication I left in armrest.

The service dept. was very friendly but I couldn't understand why they couldn't quote me on parts because I could see the parts being offered by several vendors online. I have an 88 year old husband with dementia and no one close by to help me pick up his meds. Communication could have been better. I really think they deserve a 3.5 rating instead of 3.

I took my car here twice to get an inspection and these people are only good for that. They did not inspect my car properly and still charged me for the inspection. They said I needed a new engine but my car still turned over and didn't need one before it arrived. These people have no knowledge of what their doing. Just waisted a hundred dollars for an inspection for nothing. Would not recommend.
