    Everything about my stay at this motel was phenomenal, my only complaint is that I didn't get to spend more time here. It's hard to think of where to start, so I'll just rundown my experience from a chronologically ordered perspective: Upon arrival I IMMEDIATELY felt out of place since this hotel tends to cater, or should I say was designed to accommodate, a higher class of human being than I consider myself to be a member of, but put on my game face and confidently acted like everything was fine and that I wasn't out of my element. Everything was so clean and classy looking that I felt like a kid being told not to touch anything, especially because I had the feeling like I wouldn't be able to afford to replace anything I may have damaged or broke. In fact the ONLY thing that might leave something to be desired is the location; not a whole lot of anything directly nearby as a means of entertainment, but by no means did this put any kind of damper on my experience. I've seen a few reviews where previous guests seem to have a problem with other guests engaging in marijuana festivities and/or drinking: the only thing I can say about that is it is something the staff of the hotel have ZERO control over, and in reality it boils down to the fact that no matter what "class" a hotel is considered to be directed at, those are the kind of things that regularly occur at hotels of ANY level no matter the demographic that frequents them. As far as I'm concerned, if that's your only complaint, stuff that has no connection to the staff, the hotel, and is in no way really affecting anyone else directly or indirectly, your issue isn't with the hotel, but perhaps society and your place in/out of it. Sorry I can't remember any of the names of the employees who helped me out in any way, shape, or form from check-in (which I'll take the time to add that the girl working the front desk was new and obviously still learning the ropes, but was no less helpful and will make a great asset to the hotel's future) to check-out and everything in-between, but my stay on Tuesday March 26th into Wednesday March 27th was excellent, and I thank everyone working those days for making my stay as pleasant and as memorable as it was.

    Do not book this hotel if you want a late checkout. I was told at best you can get is an hour so being Hilton Honors member is worth a whole hour at this hotel even after staying in the hotel for 5 nights. SMH!!

    The supervisor that failed to let us know at check in original that she was a supervisor. Lacille or however you spell the black lady thats the supervisor answering the phone is the most rude, smart mouth, cocky, unprofessional and unaccommodating to guest should not be not be giving customer service to anyone. At check in she was rude to my mother and she made the stay there the most horrible experience ever.
