        Ordered online and paid for 3 bottles of water. But when picking up the food, they gave me 3 cups of tap water but not my $6 back. Said they don't carry bottled water. Didn't put in any of the ranch I also paid for, for the wings or the cheese curds. I guess you have to check your to go order before leaving because they certainly don't. I wish managers would just make all to go orders be double checked when the customer comes in for pickup.

        Me and my mom stop at this location getting Buffalo wild wings for a 1st time experience, service was great we ordered wings to go and the wings were cooked entirely too hard to enjoy, so 1st time experience with Buffalo wild wings at the hammond location was awful.

        Fair warning: I ordered online on their site and a delivery driver (thru Doordash) stole my food. My order was over 120 bucks. So heads up. The location/business isn't bad. It's the delivery service that was provided I did not like.
