        Josh and his team did an excellent job for me. They replaced some brackets on the rear window of my old explorer, and I anticipated the window would break in the process (based on my online research). However, they were extremely careful and were able to do the job without damaging the window, saving me money. Quick turnaround, highly efficient, reasonable pricing, and a high level of professionalism! Would highly recommend.

        Car broke down about 3 miles from home and I needed a tow. It was 11:30pm on a Thursday. I called High Impact and they showed up within 20 mins and had my car loaded on the flatbed and dropped off at my home within another 40 minutes. Very fast and professional service. Paid $90. I will use them again if I need to.
