Never answers the phone, can't leave a message because the mailbox is full, doesn't respond to email, impossible to get a hold of. Posted no parking sign on tree last spring and am still waiting 6 months later.

We were referred to Jims by our realtor for tree removal and stump grinding on our new house. Jim came out himself that same day we called and gave a us a quote. Price was very fair. He was able to start quickly. Him and his crew did exactly what they said they would and were very professional! They cleaned up the yard and work area, and at the end of the project, we were so happy! Def recommend to any friend or family member. Howard Tree Service was sent out by the city of Hammond to remove a tree that was growing over my property. During the removal the sidewalk (my walkway) on my property was damaged. I have left 2 messages now regarding this matter and no return phone call yet. The phone number listed doesn’t even identify themselves as Howard Tree Service before I leave a message so I’m seriously questioning their professionalism. I have pictures of my walk way and my ring doorbell also captured a few large limbs falling onto my property. They also drove their bobcat over my property which is understandable considering what they needed to do but no one obtained permission to come onto my property with it. Hopefully someone might be reading my review and takes an interest in validating the quality of their work snd accountability for damages done by their staff. Service: Tree removal
