Decided to order pizza for delivery tonight since I wasn't feeling well. I ordered from the website and was given an estimated delivery time of about an hour. Not a big deal considering it was a Friday night. After an hour and a half, I finally called the store to get an update. They informed me that delivery was from a third party (which I didn't know) and that no one came to pick it up yet. At this point the pizza had been sitting in the store for about 40 minutes. I asked if my order could be cancelled and was told they were unable to do so (even through my receipt said to call the store to cancel or change the order). The pizza finally arrived a little over two hours later and was cold and inedible. It is my first and last time ordering. Very disappointed. I try my best to support Hebron businesses, but this was frustrating.
