Absolutely horrendous experience from the firm.
A money gouging CPA firm bent upon charging clients for advice thats found on IRS website.When I refused to pay for their ancillary services aka tax advice they realized the gravy train had dried up and refused to do my taxes.
To add insult to injury,refused to give me details about my quarterly payments they supposedly made to the IRS,which according to a letter from the IRS was made late!
Avoid at all cost.This is firm thats shady and unprofessional.Plenty of other CPAs nearby who dont charge a consultation fee for initial interview which should have been the first warning!
Would give them zero stars if I could.

Thanks for taking a moment to write a review however, we regret that you felt the need to write a negative review.The facts are, after only 4 months of preparing minimum payroll tax filing services, we recognized a problem when your expectation was for free tax advice and services beyond the scope of our engagement. This was expressed multiple times by our firm.We sent an email on 10/19/23, to end all services by us after Sept. 2023. As you stated in your email to us on 10/23/23 you were working with a new CPA to handle future filings. As previously stated in multiple emails, we have provided you with ALL federal tax filings prepared by our firm. We have provided multiple emails and calls to assist you in subsequent requests for past regulatory logins, forms and data. Your recent request to us, to provide additional services in January 2024, for free, is not reasonable, as services were terminated in October 2023. We understand you are disappointed with that outcome. However, your complaints of our service are unjustified.We always provide exceptional service to all our clients. Of course, that service comes with a cost, which we are upfront about. We hope you find what you’re looking for.

I have been going to Shawn Lazarian for nearly 30 years. I had my annual appointment with Shawn yesterday. He is always friendly, polite and spot on with his services. I always look forward to our meeting. Highly recommend Lazarian and Co to anyone in need.
