Just came to pick up my rental car. Had a 4pm reservation at enterprise. They check me in and say they just need to clean the car. Half hour later I'm like how long did it take to clean a car I've been waiting 30 minutes. They say "it should be done soon but I just checked and we checked you in 15 minute ago." I said, no I paid 15 minutes ago but they said they were cleaning it 30 minutes ago. Then the manager come out yelling at me telling me he's canceling my reservation. Then they refused to provide a receipt showing my $600 was refunded. Now I'm waiting for a regional manager to call or just cancel my trip, I guess. Great service. UPDATE after calling corporate customer service and being told this would be escalated and I'd hear from a regional manager in 15 minutes, it's now 6pm, no call back, and no rental car I trusted enterprise to provide at 4pm after I reserved 2 weeks ago. Thanks enterprise. I'll never forget. UPDATE2 customer service number said I'd get a call back in 15 minutes, and Google review reply said email them the details, no one has reached out to even offer an apology. I'm in Branson Missouri now despite the best efforts of this group. UPDATE3 Just got home from an amazing 35 hour road trip up and down the path of totality all weekend, driving my personal car, leaving 2 hours late on our initial 9 hour stretch, after paying to uber myself home from enterprise highland, thanks for the pick up. Still not so much as a call from anyone responsible for this branch.

My family and I have utilized rentals at this location multiple times a year for the last few years. I have never had any issues with them and everyone is always pleasant. Im always content with the speed of service, vehicle availability and the staff is always amazing with smiles on their faces.
