Your policy changes regarding the breadsticks has created a garbage environment. You bring 3 breadsticks out and then follow up with 2. That would not be an issue if it weren't for the fact that the breadsticks are hard and unbuttered. Whoever is failing to monitor them, needs to do their job. Perhaps you should worry about your customers experience over cutting costs. I used to enjoy this restaurant. Every single visit since the first has been mediocre to garbage. The servers have made it palatable and the only reason I've come back. Please do better so your workers don't have to look for new employment.
