This institution has been great for my 2 children's pre school learning. Staff is friendly and addresses any questions and concerns promptly. A special commendation to pre k teacher Ms. Camille. Very tender hearted teacher for her children with a sweet spirit. Always welcoming and is a blessing with words of encouragement. She has been instrumental in my child's learning. To me she is likened to a sweet mother/grandmother. Her role is very much appreciated and is her calling. Thank you to all the kindercare staff. Continued blessings to you all for what you do in our children's lives!

they are no professional at all, the staff is not friendly. they are not trained to deal with toddlers properly.

I cannot express how grateful I am for Jillian and the rest of kindercare staff of this location. Jillian is on top of everything and provides continuous training for directors and teachers to ensure that the Day care is safe for our children, all more the reason why we have our daughter enrolled for almost 4 years. Recent events has proven this statement to be true to this day.

My child was in infant room with Ms. Theresa. Every morning when I arrived to drop off she harassed me with long talks making me late for work. She mentioned that she wanted me to feed my infant before drop off and every morning she would ask had I feed my child. When I told her no because my child doesnt eat in the morning she got very angry and began to find ways for me to feed like waking my kid up earlier just so she wouldnt have to feed even though breakfast was being served just after my arrival time. She also asked me to bring in diaper rash cream even though my child never had a diaper rash so I did but then one morning I said dont put cream on my child because I was curious on if they were changing the diaper as needed. However, I dropped my child off in the morning with no rash and picked my child up with a rash so bad that child couldnt sit. I suspect that she was angry with me and scrubbed the skin off my child to run me off Needless to say I pulled my child from her care and my child never had a rash again. That day of pick up my child was laying on the floor with bottom in the air crying eyes out. She also mentioned that my child wants to be held and shes not going to do that cause she has things to do. She doesnt have compassion for babies and acts like she hates her job. I experienced a nightmare with this child care. I have photos but cant post my child bottom. They dont have cameras in daycare so they say. Im having this investigated.

I love Kindercare. My daughter was at another center that did not understand what was developmentally appropriate for a 1 year old. They were not very nice to her. Kindercare spoils her to death. I am one of those uptight moms always messaging them and get a response everytime within a few min. She is so happy there. I am so glad we switched centers.
