image We live in the Chesterton area but were out in Hobart one evening so decided to stop in for takeout around 7:30 PM for dinner. Nobody was inside customer wise. Took a few minutes for someone to finally come from back to take our order, we ordered 2 boneless 8 piece combos - cashier was quiet and mumbled our total, we didnt check out receipt (clearly that needs to start happening). Waited inside probably about 20 minutes for our food.. nobody seemed to be wanting to be there working - probably 4-5 just standing around in back with maybe 1-2 actually doing work for online orders and ours. We finally get our food and drive home - come to find out the cashier didnt give us 2 boneless combos, it was one boneless and one classic.. if we wanted classic we would have ordered it. Cashier didnt seem like he wanted to be there and didnt feel like confirming our order and theres no screen to see what he pushed and clearly we need to check their keying on a receipt beforehand. Neither of us really care for sauces classic wings so when we tried to call for a refund on that combo - nobody wanted to answer the phone the 5-6 times we called and waited on hold each time (shocker since nobody seemed like they wanted to work). We wont be stopping in next time were out in the area and we wont be recommending our families and friends to stop in either - they dont really care about good customer service.

image I ordered two wings combos with large cheese fries. I placed my order online its was quoted to be ready in 25 minutes. I drove there from South Haven went in an older woman was helping the person infront of me in line and then walked away from the register ignoring me and the person behind me. I was waiting at the register and one of the kids came up from the back and helped me, he said my order wasnt ready yet and confirmed my order and said they were still working on the wings and will have it ready soon. There were some other people are waiting in there when I came in so I understood they were a little busy. I sat inside for about 15 minutes and the same kid called my names and gave me an huge bag and the cups, I drove all the way home and they left out my whole other combo. They gave me 1 large cheese fries and 1 10 piece wing and like 6 cups of ranch. I dont know I was waiting for them finish making the meal and then they leave it out. Attempted to call to get refund or see what can be done if I come back its an automated system that just places you on hold for 20 minutes and the disconnects. Tried to get in touch with a manager 3 times and never got through. The whole system is a joke so be aware if you order. Dont make the same mistake I did and trust them to fulfill your whole order.
