image 2nd visit th8s time with new girl Maddie. my hair wasn't "processed" AKA bleached long enough. Stylist just graduated and she bleached already bleached hair at my ends. So ends very light, crown reddish golden. It was after hours by then, called next day. Was told my well water made this happen. Now I'm not a stylist but my aunt was and a friend is. Friend said they totally botched my hair up after I sent her photos. My husband booked Christmas photos for us that now I'm reluctant because of the 3 different colors. Light ash ends, golden red crown to my ears and dark roots.
I'm very upset that they insulted my intelligence by saying my water caused my hair not to lift. WHAT???!!!
Then tried again with NO results. After a tip (because it did take time and I'm not a jerk) was over $200. Never again. I do not recommend for highlights. Not Maddie anyway. I wasted $200 and now looking for a wig. Seriously

image Normally I dont like to post negative reviews but honestly my hair was ruined and now Im struggling to get it back to a normal color. I scheduled an appt for a toner since my hair faded from a medium-ish brown back to blonde and I showed the stylist my picture and asked to go back to that color. She turned my hair black and when I said it was too dark she said Im not seeing it correctly and said if I want it lighter I can go buy a clarifying shampoo. I did contact the owner who processed a partial refund minus the product cost but honestly it wont do much with how much I have to pay to fix it. A month later and my hair is now red in some areas and still black in others. Im just devastated and the worst part was the stylist telling me there was nothing wrong with it. Pictures: my final result, my hair the day I went in, my hair color I asked to tone it back to
(In response: I didnt just say no I said I could not make it back that night since it was already 8pm a 30 minute drive for me and I was leaving for Arizona in the morning and had to finish packing. I appreciated the offer I just wish the stylist wouldve offered to fix it while I was there or acknowledged my concerns instead of telling me to go fix it with clarifying shampoo myself)

Again, I am sorry that you didn't get the color you wanted, as I explained to you that when you have chemically treated hair already, sometimes it takes a couple times to get what you would like to achieve. The stylist put one color on it and whatever red you're seeing is the fading plus the previous color you had on it . I also said I would meet you at the salon immediately, which you said no to. Again, I am sorry but what is happening to your hair isn't the whole fault of our stylist.
