      image Rates coming going up and up, with no communication. Then a significant increase and when I called I was 3X we are short handed and cant find the right people, and cant call everyone. The. Was told someone would call back and try to assist, and nothing. When I went in to cancel, didnt even ask why.

      image Allstate is a HORRIBLE insurance company! I have been at odds with them not wanting to pay a claim that should of been paid a year ago. Very hard to talk to someone that can actually help you.
