Our choice of realtors was an easy one! Carrie Adelman has an exceptional reputation in the real estate industry and is known for being fiercely committed to her clients. The experience of working with her feels more like working with a family member than an agent. Carrie has the unique ability to make you feel that you are her number one priority. She remained incredibly responsive through the entire process and made herself constantly available. She consistently answered all texts and calls within 5-10 minutes and never made us feel that any questions or requests were unimportant.
Ours was an exceptionally difficult and emotional situation with many obstacles. Due to my mom's passing, we needed to sell my childhood home quickly to satisfy a high interest loan. We lived 3+ hours away and were exhausted from many months of traveling to care for my mom and her home. Carrie went above and beyond dealing with the mortgage company and finding a suitable buyer under a tight time constraint (I am sure I have grossly underestimated the amount of work she did behind the scenes).
She made a potentially chaotic and lengthy process as hands-off and stress-free as possible. All the while, she treated this as if it was her own mom's house she was selling. She made the absolute best of a major life event. Yes, it felt THAT personal.
You can look, but I doubt you'll find a more dedicated person to trust in one of life's most important decisions.
Carrie's can-do attitude, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset and tenacity alleviated our anxiety and gave us confidence we were in the best of hands.

Trudy Boylan (along with husband, Terry Boylan) was excellent with the sale of our Hobart home. From the first point of contact, they responded immediately. They responded to all calls and texts very quickly. If they didn't know the answer, they found it! Any question I had, they helped me. They made the selling process much less stressing. Very friendly and good listeners/communicators. Trudy was at the closing right by our side. From beginning of sale to closing day, they were 100% on our side.

I felt compelled to edit my original review. Even eight months after leaving my original review, Trudy Boylan, on the board of Ginter Realty, and agent extraordinaire, has continued to assist me. Trudy had sold my parents' house while I live 4,000 miles south in Central America. TRudy has expertly navigated the complicated world of international banking for me. I am completely delighted with the service and more importantly, the trust, that Trudy and Ginter Realty has shown me during a difficult and complicated time for me personally. Trudy and Ginter Realty rose far, far above my expectations - and treated me even better than family hehe. I don't give my recommendation lightly - but I whole-heartedly recommend Trudy Boyland and the fine people at Ginter Realty to have empathy and understanding of your needs and do their best to fulfill them - whether you're buying or selling a property. To Judy - thank you from the bottom of my heart. You made navigating a complicated, and heart-wrenching experience so much easier for me.
