October 2023 review:
I do not recommend using this tax service. The office is only open a total of 3 hours a week (Monday mornings).
Phone calls are not returned. No person to person service.
They will only allow taxes to be put in a drop box and the completed forms are then mailed back to you.
Original review from 2019/2020:
My husband and his dad have relied on mellon for years! Decades actually!!
They are VERY responsive to their client's phone questions. They provide quick and accurate tax preparation for our family. We wouldn't go anywhere else!
Highly recommend.

Not 100% sure yet, but I think they might of messed us up. Ive always went elsewhere for 10+ years. My normal person retired. Im in Hobart and melon was reasonable. I shoulda taken the first red flag and went somewhere else. February 2024, after dropping my stuff off, rude girl called and said I didnt have info for 2023 taxes. I was a new customer. Its 2024. How would I have 2023 records when its 2024 and I didnt file for 2023 yet!? I thought she was joking or got confused. I shouldve picked up my stuff and stayed clear of that place right then and there. Well, its now almost April. I shoulda had my return first week of March in my bank. For the first time in my life!, my taxes are under review. Call melon and get no help. She just says u gotta check irs site and wait. I wont be back next year. Thats for sure!
