This company installed the spray foam insulation into our house, only for it to completely separate from the studs. They claim it was because the studs had moisture in them, despite them being kiln dried. They had to come and replace all the spray foam, holding up our drywall installation. Another wall in our home requires cellulous, they overstuffed the wall and when we brought this to their attention they said it was fine and sent someone to look at it. This person simple rolled and flattened the cellulous, saying that would be sufficient. When our drywall was put up, the contractor had to use three times the amount of screws to hold it up because the insulation was so packed it was making the drywall curve outwards. Not only did they slow down the process of our drywall being installed, they did not own up to their mistakes, when we told them we wanted a discount because they slowed down our progress they told us they couldnt do that because theyve spent too much money to come out and fix issues. Issues that were their own fault. They wouldnt of had to spend that extra money if they had done it correct the first time. Regardless we paid the discussed amount listed on our estimate and they are now trying to charge us an additional $1,000 and will not return calls or emails when we explain that we are not paying that additional money. Completely unsatisfied.
