        Hey guys! Its Jordan again! Giving a little 1 year update since my knight in shining armor, Eric, saved the day and granted me the blessing of fiber internet on short notice. Just want to say in the year that I have had this service, I have had absolutely zero issues or periods of downtime. Everything is going as smooth as a babys bottom and I have absolutely zero complaints! Because of this, I am once again requesting the finest wines from the vineyard, and the best meats from the butcher for my white knight. I have heard he is a huge fan of Blueberry Moscato and A5 Wagyu from Japan. But also, for the hard work you all do, the rest of the crew definitely deserves a Dom Perignon champagne tower at the next meeting to celebrate yourselves! *raises a glass* Heres to another year, see you guys then!!

        I work out of town and it would be nice to get an email or phone call when a bill is due before service is shut off. You would think they would see a pattern of someone who doesn't miss payments and supply good customer service.
