I purchased the ads for 1 year with installments in May 2020, & they delayed the display a couple of times. They finally started the ad at CVS site from July & started OK with the location of the kiosk at the beginning. But the kiosk was moved from the CVS store site a couple of times which I made the complaints about. & then, when I checked the kiosk in Feb, the kiosk was not found at the store at all which means no one from this company is checking for the status of the kiosk. Then, they finally agreed to redisplay it at the same store with extension of ads term. & then, I found out the kiosk was displayed at the store behind the entrance door next to the trash can where no one goes there or sees. I made the complaints many times, but this rep Brandon made false promises to check & see if they could move it to the better place at the site of CVS or move it to the better location at different store where more people can see which never happened for 3 months. Besides, I'm not getting any results out of this ads at all since the kiosk is not placed at where people can see which I complained many times but without a real correction. I had to go to the store many times to check, take pictures, & then email to these guys & phone calls which I asked not to. These people are irresponsible & not keeping their promised but wasting time.
