        Great value for what you're paying and I'd say you're mostly paying for location. Easy access to the canal and therefore attractions like white river state park, statehouse, the zoo, convention center, Lucas oil, victory field etc. It's a historic building with comfortable interiors and generally well insulated one bedroom apartments.

        Well-preserved historical buildings with modern interiors and appliances. Nice floorplans. Wonderful west-downtown location just a block north of large Kroger grocery store.
