I want thank Tammy and Trey for the quick response to my work order. I had notice lately that the heat was not working correctly lately . So I call the office and talked to Ms. Tammy she told me she would get someone right on it. Within a hour Trey was knocking on the door and had the problem resolve within a1/2 hour. A high shoutout to everyone at the Preserve for getting my problem resolved in a timely fashion.

I love it here... safe, quiet, clean well kept. Maintenance and office staff are absolutely amazing! Always willing to help!

Only reason why Im giving a couple of stars is because the staff is sweeet but their sweetness doesnt help with how the apartments are. My biggest reason for writing this review is because of the infestation here. You see bugs and pests you never seen before. I keep my apartment well clean and organized but still see them. The team here tries to help and get rid of mice and things but its jsut poorly done. Im sick and tired of living in an apartment where my toddler cant crawl on the floor because I get scared of him catching tiny bugs and theres so much carpet beetles inside and out of the apartments they jsut fly in and cause a skin reaction. These are very old racked up apartments literally have finished paint over dirty walls you can see hair everywhere painted over. Outside is well kept but the apartments need to be remodeled but not cheaply like how I see them remodeled. The floors pop up in the bathrooms Bcz of past water floods. I jsut cant wait to move out.
