        They don't care about long time residents, they are infested with bedbugs, and lie. If you speak out and show proof, you simply get censored or blocked. They towed another residents car even though he moves it every day and has the proper parking pass. If you are a couple days late on a payment due to being hospitalized, apologize and pay up, they will still file for eviction afterwards and lie about it being a mistake and say they are fixing it until your last day just to be mean.
