Ardmore Apartments

I would recommend the Ardmore for sure. The location is prime for walking and enjoying the Mass Ave. restaurants, as well downtown. There is a green terrace area thats good for socializing. There is a bark park for the fur babies too! No pool though.

While the location is great the apartments are awful. The number of issues we had living there for a year with building being so new was astonishing. We had mold all along our living room windows and sliding door, the master bathroom and Im fairly certain under the floors in the second bathroom. Our apartment randomly had a pipes burst and flood the apartment below us twice. One time the fire alarms went off around 12:30 am and it took probably 15 people calling the emergency maintence number to get them to turn off the alarms since the fire department couldnt. They also fail to notify resident of events that will entirely block off parking access or limit access to only enter via regions tower. We have had so many issues while living here that we were relieved when our lease was up and we could move out.

Living at the Ardmore has been a truly great experience. From what I understand, this is a locally owned management company and their values reflect it. They have always made us as the tenants feel valued which is something hard to come across. The location is probably the best that downtown has to offer and the loft units are unmatched. Jordan from maintenance has always been responsive and done his best to get any issues resolved.

I moved into the Ardmore two months ago. If you are looking for a friendly and beautiful place to live close to Mass Ave., then there are no better options than this place. The staff is super friendly, the residents are diverse and remind you of that Indiana hospitality. The apartments are well designed and the furnishings are high end. Everyone here goes above and beyond to make you feel at home and to help you in anyway they can. I'm so happy I chose to move here!
