        Rent here for 18 months Usually or rather always reeked of Marihuna in all the surroundings and daily gunshots. These are 3 story buildings I specifically live on the 2nd floor in the middle, the upstairs neighbors daily they made too much Noise even in the middle of the night their kids were always jumping around screaming, fighting with each other etc, give this situation I complained several times to the administration and never got a response. In addition to this, there is a friend of mine who rents right here. He had his car vandalized a few months ago and again the administration said nothing. Rent here for 18 months Normally or rather always it reeked of Marihuna in all the surroundings and daily gunshots. They are 3-story buildings, specifically I live on the 2nd floor in the middle, the neighbors upstairs made too much noise every day, even in the middle of the night, their children were always jumping up screaming, fighting among themselves, etc. Given this situation, I complained several times to them. administration and never got a response. On top of this, there is a friend of mine who rents right here. His car was vandalized a few months ago and, again, management said nothing.

        Today Dalia helped us around the complex ..very nice ,knowledgeable,and quick . Pretty nice amenities that i didnt expect . Dalia is wonderful at her job i must say

        Me and my daughter visit the place today and it was an amazing visit. The staff helped me a lot, even though we speak different languages but I understood.i can't wait to move-in.

        This is a nice complex to live in pain that the parking areas are not illuminated and there is no surveillance or cameras since it lends itself to the theft of vehicles and packages that leave you at the door, my vehicle was stolen on January 30 and my neighbor's could not be stolen but their glass was broken right now in February the darkness and easy access since there are no gates lend themselves to vandalism, I think I will not renew the contract here.

      Sorry that your experience at Lawrence Landing was not up to expectations and we do appreciate your candid feedback. We do strive hard to provide an enjoyable experience to all our residents and genuinely want them to be happy at home. We are an apartment community and there is always the potential that a direct neighbor will not keep the same schedule at you. We do understand that can be frustrating and we do address complaints we receive regarding excessive noise. This is something that is hard to manage and people have varying levels of what they consider an acceptable level of noise. Lawrence Landing is in a city with a fairly high crime rate and as much as we work to shelter Lawrence Landing from that, we can't always keep our property 100% free from crime. We do take several measures to keep these types of activities away from our property, but this isn't something we can do 100% of the time.
