The Residence at White River Apartments

0/5 When we moved in our dishwasher was installed incorrectly and it took about a month and a half to get it fixed. Cut to today and we are without AC and have been since mid January. No one will return my calls or emails regarding potential solutions, and the one time I did speak with someone they wanted to wait until we would USE it to FIX it. We are on the second floor, so if the outside weather is mid 60s? Itll be high 70s in the apartment. If you NEED your stuff workin, this aint it. Edit: Someone called me about it ONLY AFTER I submitted this review. Literally like an hour later... Shouldn't really take a 0 star review to get the things we pay for fixed. Edit 2: deleting and reuploading this review as that is seemingly the only way to get property staff to communicate, after they called me after my previous review I heard nothing from them for an additional week. Shame.

Heating was out. I didnt even put it as an emergency and Jason was here in 30 min and fixed it. Great maintenance service.

As a resident I love the community, and everyone I've met on the property is very nice.
