They do fantastic work and Kyle Pajak kept me informed multiple times a week on everything about my truck. He didnt sugar coat anything since the day I dropped my truck off. Very informative and clear communication. The process as a whole took a minute due to it being a new truck, getting the right parts ordered, and getting my insurance to do multiple estimations, but Kyle kept me informed and got everything done as fast as possible. Thank you and highly recommend this place as I have no regrets.

I decided to take my car in after a crash damage in November, in which they received the car in February. I understand that they have a full schedule and all the inconveniences that it brings. But after they received the car, they started calling to ask for authorization to replace a part of the part that was damaged in the crash with another part from another reference, well, I have a Ford edge 2018 SEL and they asked me to authorize installing one from a Ford edge sport and When I asked the person who called if it was the same, he answered that he didn't know, but he thought it wasn't because the one they wanted to put in was bigger. If he didn't agree to install the part that they had in stock, it could take up to 7 months or more to deliver the part. part that had to be replaced, well, seeing that they did not accept it, we were waiting for the part to arrive, which took about 7 months and in the end it seems that they got it faster than we thought, which I am grateful for that, and The day I was going to receive the car, I first had to call to ask if it was ready because the person did not take the courtesy of calling to tell us that it was ready and at the time of going and checking it there were several details on the paint. which I informed the person and the response was "yes, it has those defects that we saw after the painting was done but we can't do anything now" and well, if I have a car and I pay for full cover insurance, I hope they respond for My car is as it was, but well, I don't think it has any more repairs from the workshop, apart from the crash, a crack was made in the panoramic glass and they didn't make any repairs and the response from the same person It was that he was calling us to coordinate an appointment and I think, am I going to wait like I was waiting for the call to let me know that my car was ready? Another bad detail I had is that the hoses that carry the water to clean the panoramic glass were disconnected, it was my turn to uncover and fix the connection... in short, the truth is that he was not very satisfied with the service provided and the result of the repair.
