From the estimate to scheduling to the actual service being completed this week, I have no complaints. I received a free estimate with Dede, very nice and informative, that was actually free, unlike the first company I called that stated free estimate, only to charge me $159 and waited for payment before leaving my home. Next was scheduling with Shawnie, she was friendly, efficient and scheduled me in the first available appointment. Lastly, Eric called to let me know he was on his way, provided his ETA , arrived promptly, assessed the situation and provided an alternate solution with less mess, completed the job sooner than I expected and put my mind at ease with his knowledgeable but humorous personality. Today is the first day I have used the tub, I cant see or feel the crack and I enjoyed my soakso far so good and I saved thousands on a tub replacement. Thanks Miracle Method
