I was told by the body shop to call the dealership to come get my car inspection for my headlights for 2017 alfa romeo giulia quadrifoglio spoke to some girl to get it scheduled she didnt know how long it would take to look at headlights. She would have service advisors for warranty part work. I waited until 3pm got worried so I called them again. So I had get ahold of them Alex he was very professional knew what he was talking about. Answer all my questions got the body shop needed. It was about 6 calls or so get what I need and out confusions cause it was he said she said between the the service department. Alex gotten all straighten out and solved the issues. The General Manager returned my request for my call back to see if anyone followed up with me and explain with great professional with my concerns and resuming this shouldn't never happened. I will give this place 4-5 star but should be 4.5 stars.

Had an appointment at 2:00 p.m. to pick up a car. I live 40 miles away. Dealer called at 12:30 to tell me the car had been sold. Had a conversation that very a.m. with a salesperson Austin concerning total needed, if they needed a certified check etc. They were getting the car cleaned up. Called the sales manager Josh after being told it was sold. He said having an appointment does not guarantee the car. This maybe fate, but I really don't think I need to being doing business with a place that lack's integrity. I thought I would share my experience, you can decide for yourself.
