Our Preferred reservation was ready to go easily accessed and departure smooth an efficient. Same customer care upon return. We will continue our loyalty to Avis for our foreseeable future. Thank you AVIS!

5+ times in a year they have never had Fast Break set up, booth outside is always closed and one time it was open still didn't have Fast break info and had to wait in long lines - don't have this issue at other locations. Cars are also routinely much dirtier and worn than other locations.

Horrible, trust me choose a different company. They never closed out my rental, and I spent hours correcting their error, including getting a new credit card after I thought fraud was involved. Their internal systems are horrible, never have I been so screwed by a rental car company. The wait at the counter was also ridiculous, other rental companies at airport moved quickly compared to Avis. I think the AVIS BUDGET merger is creating unhappy workers that dont care about customers.

Update: Budget did refund the money so they resolved that end of things. The issue that remains is that was the second time this has happened to me, first time was at a different airport across the country. Fortunately I paid my bill in person that time upon returning the vehicle so I caught the mistake before walking out the door. I don't get paid for my time it took to look up and communicate with the service station or the time it took to drive through the city to retrieve the receipt that was requested to prove that I fulfilled my renters obligation. So many different scenarios where I wouldn't have been able to return to the station to get my receipt. Still salty! Budget claimed we did not fuel up the vehicle upon returning it, although we filled up at the airport service station so they charged me an extra $170.00. I had to drive 2 hours round trip through Indianapolis traffic to get my receipt from the service station. The dispute is still ongoing and un-resolved. Poor business and bad treatment of customers. I provided the documentation they asked for but no resolution yet.
