    They have a no refund policy because their services dont work. I had an iphone screen replaced and the repair totally broke the phone. What started as a cracked screen turned into having to buy a brand new phone. Was informed that the phone had gotten water damage somehow since I dropped it off but never had any problem with it before and T-mobile confirmed there was no water damage when I turned it on after my upgrade. 0/10 recommend this place. They will smile at you and lie right through their teeth!

    I wasn't going to share this review but after continued struggles with my "repaired" phone, it needs to happen. PHONE: Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra Long story short: they broke my phone and the replacement parts multiple times leaving me without my phone for over a week and lost me thousands of dollars. I went in to have my cracked glass repaired. A simple repair at any other repair shop. Well I found out it isn't that simple. I was told the screen and everything had to be replaced in order to replace the glass. After the "complete" rebuild come in, I brought in my phone. That tech broke the new parts that had to be ordered. He asked me to leave my phone, I had to, it was broken and by leaving the store with the phone you can be help liable for the phone. I showed up the next day to retrieve my "repaired" phone. The assumed manager was there saying he would have "had it fixed in 10 minutes." However, after trying to power on my phone the screen wouldn't work. The manager asked to see it so he could fix it. He then broke my OLD screen that he tried to put back into the phone. He asked me to give him a few days to fix it. I gave them three days. I go in because I was told it was ready. Upon taking possession I immediately noticed he put a screen in my phone that was not even for my phone! This screen was wayyyyy smaller than my Galaxy S22 Ultra. I confronted the manager about it and he lied multiple times saying it was the correc5 screen. Once I asked him to pull the S22 Ultra from the case so I could show him, did he admit to trying to use a screen from a phone he had on hand. Needless to say, I had to once again leave my phone so all new parts could be ordered. The new parts were ordered and my phone was finally fixed.......but there's more!!!!!! They didn't reseal my phone properly. The back was coming right off! So back in I go. They did it again and it still isn't right. I was done at this point. My business is ran from my phone and the loss of my phone for so long cost me thousands of dollars. For all of my inconvenience, that the manager tried to make me feel like it was actually his inconvenience due to his labor into the phone, my money lost, and the phone still isn't sealed right. What do they do to make it right? They give me a crappy screen protector that didn't stay on the phone but two weeks before it came right off. They will claim they loaned me a phone for two of those days. The truth is they loaned ne a single and old phone that would not.run my apps for business then tried to not let me wipe my info but I was very adamant and made him wait while I wiped each thing from the phone. My phone has been having screen and touch issues ever since. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE!!!
