Once Upon A Child Indy West

Every time I have tried selling my babys clothes at this location they claim they are no longer taking orders as they are short staff dont waste your time just go to the other locations as they never have a problem!

My mom found a Zeroxposur 2-in-1 liner for the inside of a winter coat today. Her total was $57 for 5 items and she couldn't figure out why. When we got home, my mom looked at the price tag of everything and discovered the liner was $25! I get that my mom should've looked at the price tag but this is absolutely ridiculous! A brand new 2-in-1 Zeroxposur winter coat is $60. Therefore, the liner alone should NOT have been so pricey. Had the actual winter coat and liner been $25, that would've been slightly more understandable. These are CHILDREN'S discount store for crying out loud. Do better.

This store has always been pleasant people are very nice. The only complaint I would have is the sell counter seems like they don't take much and pricing we don't get much. Buying though I love the specials they run and the ladies are always so kind.

I went to this place and thinking nothing of it since I been going there for sometime and I had 4 items that were supposed to be 50% off but the cashier not only didnt mark the items 50% off but charged me for the free item lol I got nothing discounted and no free item for the month I wanted to go back n tell them but then I was like nop I need to never go back to this place they did me wrong my advice is even if u have been here before with no issues always check ur receipts before u leave the store or go to a different once upon a child this isnt the only one.
