I came in to on December 30 around 7 oclock and asked two different associates for help, I asked a thin red head woman for help first, she was very dismissive and said to hold up the product Next to my daughters face, and offered no other help. Secondly, I asked another taller woman if she could assist us and she said she would in a minute. She stood around talking as we walked past multiple times and could not be bothered. My daughter asked me to ask them again, but clearly they had no interest in the assisting and she left very sad.

I called ahead to confirm they had a Dyson multi-styler, they said they did have it and I said Id be on my way. Took an Uber directly over and when I arrived they said those werent in stock. They had no remorse for the false info; said they didnt know who told me that - I confirmed the number I called and they said that was their number but did not know who took my call. The lady that I spoke to in the store could not have cared less and went back to the front and snickered and laughed with other associates as if my situation was just a joke. I got back in my Uber empty handed and left. Customer service makes or breaks a place - this place left the worst experience on me.

Walked out bc the employees were inattentive and rude. I was never greeted, tracked someone down to ask about perfume bc everyone around me was being asked if they needed help besides me, and then when I asked for help she said as soon as someones available and then walked away. Im sticking to Noblesville in the future.
