Totly Childcare Ministry and Rising Stars Childcare

My child has been here since she was 8 months old. She will be 4 this year. This is the only childcare I have ever trusted with my baby. If I voice any concerns I am answered promptly and respectfully. Owner has always been top notch in responses and cares for any parents questions or concerns quickly. As for the teachers, I have not had any issues or worries. They really have taught my child so much! I am very grateful for their hard work and undivided attention to my child and other children. They even do parent teacher conferences so we as parents can stay up to date on our kids mile stones and progress through out the year. I cannot say this enough , THIS IS MY PLACE TO GO IN TRUSTING SOMEONE WATCHING MY BABY.

I don't have any clue why someone would say the owner was unprofessional and nasty because she is not at all. She is a total sweetheart. I can't even see her mad at anyone. She has a sweet and authoritative way of speaking that kids instantly listen to. They have helped me so much to being flexible and available for my son. I work at a hospital and am on call weekly, so they are available nice and late so that if I get paged, I could drop him off and go do my tests and come back. They have even gone above and beyond for us when the parents from my son's school weren't available to pick him up, notified me, and help me work out getting him to school. I am forever grateful for their desire to be there for us and help us out. :)

This childcare has been a great blessing to my kids and I! Clean, friendly, and a nice team of staff that goes beyond their expectations for my kids.
