These guys are awesome. Best electricians in Indianapolis. They came out on time and fixed my electrical problems. I had some outlets that wouldn't hold the cords in place, I needed new ceiling fans installed, they repaired my landscape lighting, and they even checked to make sure that my breakers in the electrical panel and the hot tub disconnect were all safe and ready for use. I had a lot of things to get done at my new place and they made it a really easy process. If you're looking for an electrician in Fishers, Carmel, or the Indianapolis area, then this is the electrical company to go with. Darwin and his crew were awesome, I highly recommend them.

Mr. Darwin Bird and his staff at RU Electrical Service, Inc. provide excellent quality electrical work to their customers. They are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I have always found them to be immediately responsive to my needs. Their communication with me has been superb. Recently I experienced an electrical outage at my home. My local power company was unable to diagnose the problem. I contacted RU Electrical Service, Inc at approximately 6:00 pm to schedule emergency service. Mr. Bird answered my telephone call personally and came to my home immediately. He diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently. He explained the problem to me and then called the power company to advise them. In spite of further service needed by the power company, he continued to work diligently to restore power to my home. Obviously, I was completely satisfied with the emergency electrical service and quick response time provided by Mr. Bird. I highly recommend RU Electrical Service, Inc and I will continue to be a long-time customer.

RU Electric saved the day! After multiple failed inspections from our original contractor to rough in the Electrical to our patio Hot Tub, I decided to call RU Electric to take over the job. RU Electric was onsite within an hour of me placing the call. Once onsite, the electrician calmly explained what he was seeing and what he needed to do in order to bring the previous work up to code. Darwin Bird came out to speak with me onsite and bring his crew up to speed on all the local codes. Once the price was determined and agreeded upon, by mid day the electrical is complete and up to code. Can’t say thanks enough to show how much of a relieve it is to have this off my plate, three failed inspections and a lot of time and money could have been saved if I would have called RU Electric first off. Great group of guys. Will use again if needed. John Thorpe.
