        The professionals at Fairchild Renovations were diligent and professional, and did excellent work. My kitchen rehabilitation project, following remediation by another company for limited mold damage from a leaking refrigerator ice-maker supply line, involved completely replacing the kitchen floor, rebuilding a work desk damaged in the initial remediation project, and replacing cabinets (which needed to match my 40-year-old, pre-existing cabinets). Despite these challenges, they did excellent work and everything is back as good as, or better than, before. While the project took considerably longer than I would have liked, I'm pleased with the result and glad they took the time to get it right. I also recognize that matching my old cabinets presented unique challenges.

        After extensive water damage in our home, we were in need of a restoration team. Fairchild came highly recommended by a friend who used their services many times. The Fairchild team acted promptly and worked with the insurance company to resolve our problems. We were pleased with the team that came to the house everyday and performed the mitigation and restoration. The gentlemen were respectful and went out of their way to satisfy our needs. The restoration work (which included a new floor, drywall, trim repair and repainting) was great and we wouldnt hesitate to hire them for our next project. Thanks Marc for your help and the help of your top notch team.
