During the past 3 years I have utilized GMR services at both home and office. Painting, flooring, plaster repair, trim carpentry, tiling, and plumbing. The team has been great to work with: affable, diligent, attentive, and capable. They are respectful of client's needs (they mask up at my request), explain in lay terms how they plan to fix an issue. They are committed to craftsmanship and are justifiably proud of their work. Our home was built in 1930. Over the holidays and noticed our entryway floor and threshold were sagging. Green Men Restoration came out and evaluated the project. They were able to start promptly and completed the job within the time estimate the originally provided. They understood how to work with the uniqueness of an old house. John and Brian were on time, professional, and left the worksite clean. John was also able to complete some smaller projects for us while he was here. Green Men brought to life my dream of a home basement brewery done in a modern industrial style. The area was small at 400sf but had complexities. They eliminated the flex ductwork that was visible with metal. Ceiling and walls prepped and painted. Quite a fair amount of woodwork and sealing up from the outside elements. Farmhouse door installed to block off the furnace area. Eggcrates installed on ceiling. Added electrical and lights. Beyond happy with the results and process. Dan was a pleasure to work with and very helpful and the estimate was reasonable and we stayed on budget. Both Vic and Joe are true craftsmen and such a pleasure to work with also. The job was on time and with the highest quality. I also appreciated the recommendations they made along the way to tweak my design as it saved money and added value! I highly recommend Green Men.
