First I want to say that I don't usually write reviews, but given my experience with the team at Mint Properties I felt compelled to write a little note. My wife and I wanted to replace the doors and windows in our home and after an exhaustive look into our options we were still struggling with what product to buy and what contractor to use for the install. That's when I reached out to Tasheana and Miguel. We chatted for a few minutes on the phone and Tasheana said she would have their project manager give me a call and to my surprise minutes later Daryl Skirvin called. I told him about our project and he scheduled a time to come see our house. After looking at our home and talking about our options Daryl and Miguel assured us Sun Windows and Doors would be an excellent choice, so that's what we ordered. The doors and windows are now installed and we absolutely love them. I want to thank the Mint Properties install crew, with a special shout out to Chris the Lead Finish Carpenter on the job, thank you for your attention to detail. I just want to say the folks at Mint have earned our trust and they will be doing more work for us in the future. Thank you Tasheana, Miguel and Daryl for a job well done!!!

We engaged Mint Properties recently for tree trimming and removal of trees in our parking lot. Their responsiveness, professionalism, and timely communication were impressive. They even accommodated our weekend schedule for the job and completed the work efficiently on a Sunday. We are extremely satisfied with the results and wholeheartedly recommend their services.

Mint Properties was referred to me by my realtor for a repair on the home I had recently bought. The detached garage had a foundational issue where the lower brick needed tuckpointing. The results were amazing; it looks brand new. The workers were very respectful and cleaned up after themselves. I was very impressed with the work they did. I've also consulted with them on some other projects and was very impressed with their breadth of knowledge. I would highly recommend them for home repairs.

Miguel & his team did excellent work! Foundation & brick repair completed quickly, with high quality and they even went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. Honest and great communication. Would use them again. Service: Refurbishment
