Impact Insurance Restoration

Extremely satisfied with their services. I originally wasnt going to use my insurance company for a leak in the master bedroom of my rental property, until I received a price for repairs from another company- which had high reviews. The quote I received from the first company was for over $8000. I ended up opening a claim and that company could not give the insurance company a breakdown on their estimate for what they were going to repair, so insurance at first said they couldnt cover it. I talked to my adjuster and had him refer me to a company of their choice and he recommended Impact Restoration. I had the leak in the bathroom for almost a month now just trying to get this resolved. During Thanksgiving week, Mike Myers and his team from Impact Restoration saw it was an urgency and made time on their schedule to get the leak fixed asap. It turns out the first company misdiagnosed the leak completely and wouldve charged me over $8000 to replace the main water line to the house, and that would not have solved the issue!! The first leak detection company misdiagnosed where the leak was by about 3 feet. Mike and his team gave me another leak detection companys info which found the leak to be in the master bedroom. Since it turned out the damage was inside the house instead of outside, it then became covered under insurance. They completed the repairs all in a few hours!!!! They also saved me thousands of $$!! These people know what theyre doing and I would recommend them to anyone for plumbing repairs, even if its in the slab of the house like mine was. Appreciate them making the time during a holiday week, being professional in their work and completing the repairs in an extremely timely matter. On top of that they cleaned up after their work was complete, which the other company failed to do after digging a hole in the concrete of my bathroom!! After repairing the leak, his team is also going to be doing the flooring for my home and they are working directly with the insurance company. The first company caused stress and headache and had my tenant and me working with them for almost a month for nothing to be resolved. Mike and his team handled this from start to finish in the easiest way and dealt directly with the insurance without me having to follow up constantly to get my issues resolved. If I ever need any major repairs, Impact Restoration will be the first company I call!! Again they saved thousands to me and my insurance company and know what theyre doing!!!
