Had I of known the hassle of what I was getting into today, I would have left after consultation and never came back. They didn't specify that they signed me up for a max out credit card and it absolutely tanked my credit. I went ahead with hair replacement at the time because I had the money but was not aware that I would constantly be fighting with glue leaking out that is impossible to get out. They always want you to spend more money on joining a program that costs more to be in rather than not. The hair itself is cheap, as soon as it gets wet it turns into a tangled mess no matter what you do. THEY WANT NOTHING BUT YOUR MONEY

I have been working with Transitions Indy for about a year and a 1/2 and an extremely satisfied. For the past 25 years I have worked with several salons to provide this hair replacement service and Transitions Indy is hands down the most professional and competent service. I highly recommend them.

I went back and forth on if I wanted to leave a review or not. It feels like a high pressure sale. I was overwhelmed by the cost, the push to get a credit card or max my care credit out to start treatment. I asked about treating the cause of my hair loss and they(Melissa & trichologist) made me feel like that didnt matter. I needed to focus on the low laser at around $3000 for I believe 3 months. At that point I felt in my heart it was best to focus on fixing the health side Finally was able to get into a dermatologist recently. At this point I was informed the hair loss can & would likely have continued without finding a cause. The low laser can help regrowth, however knowing and treating the cause is more important. For the cost and no promise it will work I would recommend seeing a dermatologist, family doctor, or someone that will help treat the cause. I feel they take advantage of the vulnerability of people struggling

Laser therapy was an absolute must in my hair regimen to regrow and thicken thinning areas.!!! The experience at Transitions was calming, comfortable, easy while the scheduling was made as easy as possible! Transitions is the most professional business that I have ever worked with! Well worth the $.
