I live in South Bend where we dont have a Dry Bar so I was beyond excited for my experience. I signed up online and everything was smooth sailing from the moment I checked in. Had a mimosa because it was Monday and I deserved it! I was a few minutes early so I waited outside.Rachael came to greet me outside and was so kind right from the initial greeting. We spoke for a few minutes and she really listened. Got a great wash and off we went to the dry bar! I have had a short bob for years and decided to let my hair grow since last Fall. I usually straighten my hair, let it go naturally wavy or just pull it back in a pony. I was really interested in the process. Rachael allowed me to take pictures/video of how she sectioned and unwrapped my hair. She was very patient as I took copious notes (yes, I am over the top, but I knew I didnt have a Dry Bar in SB that I could fall back on. In the end, I couldnt have been happier. She didnt push any product on me, just really wanted me to be satisfied and able to keep it up when I went home. Thankful. Picture of my hair at the end of the night!
