So I called on Wednesday to make an appointment on Friday morning for me and my daughter. Told her what we wanted. When we got here the lady told me that my daughter had to have her own hair for the price $150. Then I said thats ok she begged for us to come back in. My daughter was trying to get directions for her newborn to get to the doctor and they are yelling in her ear talking. She said excuse me. Then they started yelling at her saying she was being disrespectful. Because she should go outside. Then I told my daughter this isnt normal when I come and then the lady jumped into the conversation between me and my daughter yelling. I said Im talking to my daughter and she said but you are talking about us. I said but Im not talking to you. She kept talking. Like she wanted to argue. I dont come here that often but I will never come here again. Their customer service sucks! And they are late and you might have to have your own hair!!! Oh and you have to pay cash or CashApp and you pay the fee for CashApp let that speak volumes about this place. A total waste of time. Dont bother Find somewhere else!
